Again, wayyy overdue for an update.
Have been meaning to, but turns out my photography skills are woeful at best and I need more practice.
Not sure what setup changes I've made since earlier but everything seems to be going ok, fish are happy, corals arent dying and no algae issues. phosphate was 0.08 last time I checked but have double amount of biopellets and giving them time to take effect before re-testing. Had to drill a bunch of holes in the BRS pellet canister to make it actually work, if you have one you'll understand. Works great now.
Not sure if I mentioned before but I'm also using a vial of BioDigest every fortnight. Very happy with how my tank looks so can only assume its doing good things.
My led build is stalled about half way. Need to order more leds after revising the plan again but my budget isnt letting me do that yet. Bought a second hand 120w chinese led brick to take over from my old dual bulb T5 as I felt my green bubble was losing its green. Definitely happy with the switch, but as its only a temporary fix, i only got one, and it only lights half the tank lol. So what few corals I have are scattered about one side for now.
    Anyway, some pics :)

If you squint really hard, and tilt your head to the left while holding your left foot, there is a small green stem hammer in this pic.

oh, these are rad. Bought them as xmas tree worms, but if they are they must be young and not quite twisted enough to look like actual xmas trees.
    Very cool colours tho.

Yeah, its about time!!! I should hold off my thread update just to wow like you do: great shots as always Chappy! The hammer's just stunning, among other corals.

I see you got a LOT more purple since the last update. Ive been getting more coralline recently, but mine is more red than purple like wine red :)

How do you like the BioDigest? Ive been having some cyano patches after nuisance brown algae. Im thinking to up the dosage of MB7 to boost the bacteria to fight the cyano. And I understand the modd on the BRS BP reactor. The inner canister design is terrible if you wanna run more than 300ml pellets or so. Im glad I modded my reactor as well, you might wanna check it out :)

What kind of LEDs are you gonna use? I forgot your initial plan. The SPSs in my tank is loving the reDIYed LEDs. Im looking forward to your build!
