Not to sidetrack my own thread, but does it make a difference I get a group of schooling Bannerfish or Heniochus Bannerfish? I understand that the Heniochus are not reef safe, but that doesn't matter in my FOWLR tank. It appears that Heniochus are more readily available and less expensive. Thoughts?

I'm thinking it shouldn't matter which since it's a FOWLR. I'll let others chime in because I've never kept them, only admired them :)

Thanks again OFK. So here's my revised stock list based on your suggestions:
-I will introduce fish in the order listed. New fish will be QT'd for 6 weeks.
1 Chalk Bass (moving from old tank)
2 Percula Clownfish (moving one Picasso from old tank)
1 Melanarus Wrasse (moving from old tank)
1 Starry Blenny (moving from old tank)
    3 Heniochus Buterflyfish
    1 Racoon or teardrop Butterflyfish
    1 Foxface Rabbitfish
1 Bird Wrasse or Harlequin Tusk (I would like to do both, but I'm thinking it might be too much.
    1 Flame Angelfish
    1 Blonde Naso Tang
    1 Yellow Tang
    1 Maculosus Angelfish

If the tank is under 6ft long it won't be enough for an adult naso, so you might have an upgrade in like 5 years.
    Same with the angel....

The tank is exactly 6 feet long. Long enough for Naso and Maculosus? What if I nixed the Naso and opted for a smaller tang like a Kole?

I'm very excited for the tank. Deep Sea Aquatics was formed by former employees of Oceanic when they closed their Texas factory. I decided to go with a stand made by another company, Coastal. The wood quality and bracing is supposedly better. I opted for a simple design with mahogany stain.

They are recommended to have a 8 x 2 ft footprint min, as adults.
