    Nice looking tank.

    I can't recommend dosing iodine unless your testing for it. Most iodine tests supposedly aren't accurate. I don't dose iodine and my Xenia is growing out of control and pulses like crazy. I would just perform a water change every 2 weeks to replenish your trace elements.

    When I first started out I bought some Xenia and it started declining pretty quickly. I tried dosing iodine but it didn't help. It eventually just shrunk to nothing.

    What do you mean by supplement with pH buffer? Only use the pH buffer when you pH is low. I hope you don't just drop the buffer in to the tank. That angel is going to start on your corals sooner or later. Keep an eye out on it.

    Nice start. I dose my tanks with Kent Iodide, Kent Strontium and Molybdenum, and Purple Up. Give your corals time. In a few months they will be huge.

    Well i test ph first, if too low i add it to ro freswater water and mix it and then gradually add it to the tank.
