here is a picture of my mantis...he is going through signs of PMS right now (Premolting Syndrome) :bouncylauso these pictures are older. I have not been able to figure out this molting thing with him...I think he is getting ready to molt...he does this meral stance, gets really crabby, rearranges his house and moves to new dens...then nothing happens. Today he is in a new den, moved everything in front of the new den so I could not find him today...so I think he is molting...However he has done that many times before

what is cool about the ambron is he looks like a dinosaur sometimes. He will extend out his fins that look like big wings, will get on his "feet" open his mouth and rock up and down lilke he is roaring. It is the funniest thing. If I had a camcorder I would record it so you all could see it

I am learning never to old to be your parents baby! I made the mistake of being 1. the youngest, 2. the only girl, 3. moving only a few blocks from my parents, and 4. being single (what man in their right mind would take a woman iwth all these fish!). But my dad calls me and if I dont answer will come by the house to see if I am ok! He drives by my house routinely on his way home from work to see if my car is there and if not then I have to tell him where I was!;D

And that is one of the things I find fascinating about them. I've kept mantis for a loooong time. My first one knew the difference between me, my wife, my cat and my two dogs. He liked me and Cherokee. He hated Rachel, Cheyenne, and Caspian.
