Do you want a fixture? I have a 4 bulb T5HO Retrokit that you could build a canopy for.

 

I would go with something thats atleast over 100 watts, halide or t5.

maybe find a cheap halide retrofit pendant, then buy a ballast. I like my vertex it was only 100 dollars.
