    Holy cow! That's a huge Drum! Well compared to the freshwater species here lol.

    Don't know about black drum but the freshwater species is very tasty when it's smoked.

    Black drum taste pretty good, but once they get over 15 lbs they get worms so I put him back. Besides a fish that old should be put back anyway.

    Wow, bigger than the one I caught years ago by far!
    I heard black drum are also very bony.
