    Matt, I would just use small nano sized live rock pieces...You could use them for frag plugs though like Geekdafied pointed out!

    I already do use nano sized live rock as filtration media in my fuge,just thought these little buggers were cool....fragging for me seems so far away as i only have two frags at the moment lol
