chemi pure elite

I'm currently running chemi pure elite in a reactor...is this enough filtration for my tank? I also am running a aqua c remora skimmer. I have a 55 gal tanks and my bio load is very low atm. I have a HOB filter just didn't know if I should run both or if the reactor will be plenty. Thanks!

 

It is hard to have too much filtration if they are for different waste products. Use everything you have without concern.

 

If I'm running the Chemi Pure Elite in the reacot what would you suggest I run in the HOB filter?

 

I agree with 2in10. Depending on what type of HOB filter it is, it may be modified to better serve your needs.

Nova Extreme Pro 48" 6 T5's but atm I only have 3 bulbs in the fixture ( I just got it two days ago) I have two actinic blue and one 10000K bulb

 

I plan on getting the other three bulbs within the next two wks

 

I would get granulated ferric oxide from Bulk Reef Supply and run it in the reactor in the future once you have got the lights going and run their Rox 0.8 carbon in the HOB.
