I'm chuckling inside, Cheryl, because even the encrusted plug has some crazy PE! Only in your tank. Charmer O' SPS!

    Thank you Daniel,

It's more like the coralline found me. I believe it's growing in less intense lighting areas and it loves the kalk top off.

    Life keeping you busy :)?

    Thank you.

    Hi Cheryl!

Yes, RL has me on a short leash these days. That job I took last summer in the hopes of reducing stress/hours has turned out to be anything but. I may hate my job (in part because it is keeping me from my build), but I am thankful I have one right now.

I'm still hoping to get something going, but slowly. I don't get as much time to chat on 3Reef, but I still keep up on my favorite threads from time to time.

In any case, looking good! Hope all else is well...

    Scott

Still ugly. Yellow and growing well, but ugly.

Thank you for asking though. :)

Gosh, that's such an ugly piece. Can't wait until I start to see even more progress with my current corals so I can invest in a red planet. Love that piece.

LOL, yeah as far as acropora go it's one of the least attractive ones I have ever seen. Looks nothing like a Joe the Coral. Oh well.

    Thank you so much.

All my top off is Kalk water. I typically dose buffer twice a day and ca once. Numbers are running a little higher than I want of late, probably because of increased evaporation. I am guessing I need to cut back on the Kalk a bit. It's certainly not something I would recommend others to do, too easy to create big swings.

Haha I was being factitious. Wish my coral looked that ugly.
