I live in Hawaii and recently got a 100gal glass reef tank, Im running 2 Ecotech MP10's, Octopus Skimmer, 18w UV light with 72 cree LED lights.
Its summer and during the day temp is 81 at night 80.
I have some local Zoa's & Leather coral and they are doing ok, I bought others online and they died within 5 days.
Tank has zero levels of the Nitrogen cycle and Im experimenting with dosing Kalkwasser.
So since my temp swing is only 1 degree and is about 80-81 do I need a chiller to raise soft corals?

I see nothing in your post that would necessitate the use of a chiller or prevent you from having any type of coral you would wish to grow.
Here are some common guidelines in use today.

    Parameter: Reef Aquaria Recommendation:

    Calcium 380-450 ppm
    Alkalinity 2.5-4 meq/L 7-11 dKH 125-200 ppm CaCO3 equivalents
    Salinity 35 ppt sg = 1.026
    Temperature 76-83° F
pH 7.8-8.5 OK 8.1-8.3 is better
    Magnesium 1250-1350 ppm
    Phosphate < 0.03 ppm
    Ammonia <0.1 ppm

My temp occasionally runs up to 83 which is a little hot but so far i have had no problems as a result. It s really a matter of keeping things stable such as not having big rapid temp swings.

the temp is a little high but it wont stop corals from growing, if it stays 82 and up i would think of investing in one.

    Nice setup.
A side note after watching your video I noticed you have 2x psychedelic mandarin in your tank. Those little guys eat only pods usually. Some of gotten theirs trained on prepared foods. You will need to be supplying pods to the tank to compensate for two of the mandarins appetites.

if you have a sump just place a fan blowing over it tis will lower the temp 2 maybe 3 degrees and that would be perfect imo. i'm wondering about your lighting with just 72 leds over a 100g tank?

Regards to the Mandarin's; I have a small 3gallon that I keeping just crabs and shrimps with live rock, just a generic store bought plastic with mechanical filter. Could I put the Mandarin there and would he be ok?

I actually have one of those clip on fans blowing in the sump currently(forgot to mention). I also considered adding another 52 led's since this whole system was custom build from the ground up 3 years ago its time to upgrade.

Absolutely not, unless you added pods or weaned him onto frozen, and were willing to feed the mandarin 2-3 times a day. They are not meant to eat only once a day.
