well i am building a 125 reef tank and with the 2 x 175 mh and 4 x 65 pc i am going to need a chiller. what are the in's and out's of them and what are some good chillers on the market. i would like to oversize the chiller so it does not have to work as hard.....thanks

    robert,
In a 125 I wouldn't think a chiller would be necessary. But will caution you that I don't think 2x 175 is really going to be enough to keep anything more that softies and the occasional LPS if high in the tank.
What at the dimensions of the 125?

If you want to be able to raise all types of coral I would go with a minimun 3X250W but that's just me. I believe the average coverage of a MH is 2x2 so for a 6' tank you would need 3 MH
