Chilling the water

    just to let you know,if you run salt water thru the freezer it would have to be 0F to freeze it as that is the freezing point of brine.

    LoneRacer, what size are your tanks? if the water freezes in the bucket, that wont matter as im sure it will melt around where the tubing is due to the temp of the water.

    Crank. I wont shut off the water entirely. may throttle it back a bit with a valve to find a good mix. use a heater to balance the load.

    I was trying to find that. I came across this:

    I think it can be done, its just gonna take some experimenting to find the right balance of flow.

    Never got around to trying it. ended up buying a used chiller, but will look into it in teh future.
