    Labout's are really awesome. I love the Melarunas Wrasse too. They eat all the bad stuff and none of the good stuff. (nudis, pyramid snails, flatworms, bristleworms)

    3 different specimens here. That'd be a suitable choice for you, as would most any fairy (Cirrhilabrus) or flasher (Paracheilinus) wrasse.
    Or more than one, for that matter.

    More than that for a terminal male. $300-350. $200 might buy a decent female.

    Labouti's do tend to get a bit aggressive as they age, however. But they're also rather beautiful. A melanurus (or similar Halichoeres wrasse) might also suit you well for the aforementioned reasons. However, note that some of them will consume a hermit/crab/snail here and there.
