Thanks man I really appreciate it and am glad you like it!! I plan to add a few more pieces but not likely a ton for a while, going to focus on growing things out and planning for the future of this tank.... and the next one! Of course I will snag collectors type pieces when I can tho ;)

Yeah I know the other pics are only a few pages back so wasn't to hard to do, it was just late and I wanted to go stare at the tank for a while before heading to bed LOL. I have even noticed the growth especially the base down growth on many of the corals so I think they are on the right track atleast :) Eventually I will go with a more mixed look, just not in this tank (other then the pieces I am holding for a friend of course).

Yeah they haven't been happy for a while now, I've got him working on a couple things and removed the sponge from his return pump thats never been cleaned out so hopefully he will get things straightened out and on the right track :) Healthy they are all great looking pieces, but if he ends up not wanting them back I would just give them to him to sell or sell them for him as they don't really fit into the plan right now.

In my future tank I will likely have a couple scolys/ acanthophyllias as they are nice little decorations for the sand bed. With my liking of the open/ minimalist type scapes I do agree they wouldn't hurt to have lol

Don't feel bad you are oldfishkeeper not oldcoralkeeper so I don't think many expected you to know it ;) LOL

The one I am trying to get back in shape is what is considered a "war paint" scoly, it is supposed to be a deeper purpley color with red stripes (and occasionally a little green striping as well). There are other types (well colors) as well..... definitely a cool little LPS, when happy. Hopefully soon we will see what this one should look like, although it doesn't seem as happy as the acanthopyllia but I have high hopes for them all.

The corals I am looking after are starting to perk up fairly well considering how short of a time they have been in my care. The scoly is the only one that I don't notice any real improvement on..... but it doesn't appear any worse so I can't complain.
