Correct, especially at the price I was offered...... but some of the acro's I am hoping to get aren't offered every day either which is why I am torn. If it was some run of the mill every day anyone has it and can get it stuff I would snag the wrasses in a 1/2 of a heartbeat LOL

But here is the other issue.. I already have 10 fish, this would put me at 13.:-/

My advice, get the leopard and the corals ;) You are pretty maxed on fish and that's coming from me which I always seem to be at the upper end in terms of how many fish one can keep.

I know thats what I probably should do, but at the same time the price is crazy good..... like well below wholesale for the three good.... possibly closer to wholesale on the male hooded alone good

If it wasn't for the wife being prego with #2 I would just get the fish and the corals but I know that idea will be heavily frowned upon LOL

Great point. Ship them to me with some of that gorg and then get your acros.

My wrasses are so fat and happy and I got a whole 6ft of new real estate for them to reign over. Its a really cool fish and to have a stable pair is rare.

LOL I wouldn't ship them, the gorg I will give a shot one day if you want it tho. I gotta order some new specimen containers tho.

Eventually I plan to go way back up in real estate, but not for 1-2 yrs. I am planning a big move and then a big upgrade, likely 250- 500g tank. :) They are definitely a good looking fish and your right it is rare to get a stable pair like this. They were actually at the LFS for probably 5-6 months before my friend bought them and he has had them for a few months now. Eat everything and anything...... yeah I probably should just get them huh? lol

That is a tough one Chris. My thoughts and an excuse I used was that this is the last big buy before the baby. Because you may not get this opportunity again and God knows when you'll be buying anything again after the baby. But then again I know how a pregnant wife's rational is. I'd say go for it because I know you can deal with the overstocked tank. But then it's your call because i have been there.
Good luck on your decision. If its one or the other. I'd go corals. That's just because I really need more (according to you.). :)

How attached are you to the blueside and the flasher? If you could rehome those two for the hoodeds that wouldn't impact the load much. I kinda see why you are hesitant add three fish to a 57g. But that pair is amazing. Pics.

My wifes pretty cool about the hobby, I cut a hole in the wall took up a room in the house for 2 yrs and slapped a 180 in the wall a week after my son was born LOL She knows I need meetings and lets me have fun within reason for our budget. If the fish deal would have come along in say 2-3 weeks wouldn't be a big deal.... we all need more corals.... but I tend to think we could all squeeze a few more fish in too LOL.

I think I am leaning towards the fish, mainly because it really is a once in a lifetime deal. The coral will be hot and great priced but I have several connections locally on acros and usually get pretty decent deals for what I get. Who knows I might pick up one or two (instead of 1 or 2 dozen) anyways if the price is right :-X
