LOL!!! :laughcry: That's too funny. It will require a DNA scan, so your DNA must be in the computer database to gain access.

Me too.. I'm getting 10gal of established SW from my friend's tank tomorrow. He did a water change, so instead of tossing it I grabbed it. There isn't anything wrong with it, he just did his monthly water change. Granted that's not going to put a dent in what I need, but it's a start. :)

Finally got the molding I needed to complete the table. Applied some urethane & just needs to dry. That part is finally done.

Looking Great. I was amazed that you started this build over a year ago.

Its gonna be a real convenience for you to work at waist level and no noise in the living room.

K+ well done. Your giving me ideas for me in the future when I can do a project like this.

Thank you so much.. Yeah, when we decided to sell the old house & start looking for a new one that put the breaks on the build. It was bad enough to move my 29gal 3 times forget moving this one. I couldn't believe it myself it's been that long.. :)

Ok let's try this again. Hello everyone. I did post this question in a new thread & got zero feedback, but a bunch of views go figure. So, I'll just post my Q&A in my thread only since I have a lot of my friends following this thread.

I need a some feedback regarding proper pump size, mfg, & internal vs external. I have provided a basic drawing of the setup. I would like it to be a little more than just making it.

We're talking about 13 feet of head, not including elbows, valves & unions. This is holding me up now. I do have a new internal pump, but since the increase in head size it will no longer work. :(

    Thanks in advance.

Well, did my own research. Spoke to Marine Depot for 30min & Iwaki which they are right here in Mass for 45min. Great people at Iwaki. We figured out what size pump I would need. Priced it out, $335.00 is what it's going to cost. I called my LFS & ask him if he sold Iwaki & he told me no, but sold others that were off the same design. He also told me that he had a new used one for $100.00, I told him SOLD! So, when I take my lunch today going to drop off my 40gal sump so he can drill it for me. The $20.00 that he is going to charge me is far less headache & cheaper than getting all the proper bit and tools.

I'll use this pump for now & get the Iwaki later on, then used the used pump for a backup.
