My first mishap, I forgot that I wanted some flexibility to my pump to cut back on vibration. Also, I filled one section with fresh water to test the bulkhead for leaks. Threaded 1in fitting onto the bulkhead was dripping.

Disassembled the threaded fitting & switched to flexible PVC & slip-on connections & threaded only onto the bulkhead & Union on the pump. Retested for leaks. So far so good. ;D

I should have the plumbing done by tomorrow or Thursday night.

Dropped the flexible PVC through the floor. Finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

    Plumbing is Done!!

Woohoo!! Plumbing is finally done. The first picture shows the overall setup. The second picture is the valve setup close up. The third the a close up of the union check valve. The forth picture is a close up of the water change valve setup I incorparated into my setup with a Cam Lock Disconnect, all that is missing the the hose I need to connect to the connector.

Now I was to let it sit for 24hrs to cure.

Added freshwater last night to do a test run & leak test. Not to mention wash out the dust, trapped PVC cement vapor, & what not.

I was very concern about not getting enough circulation in my tank due to a 1in drain to my sump. BOY WAS I WRONG!! I have rapids in my sump & have to cut it back.

Hehehe... See told you.. I have been already working on custom build (water silencer) to address the noise & massive splashing affect. I did a quick prototype last night & I'm heading in the right direction, but still trying different configurations. ;D
