Flow is GREAT! With a max head of 26.9 feet, it so good that I had my ball valve set to 1 o'clock to slow it down. My Coralife Turbo-Sea 1100-P external pump was built on the Iwaki Japanese design. Runs very cool & the housing is made of aluminum.

I bet that cost some money. You've got enough flow though. ;)

Goto page 15 on my threads & you'll see what the pump looked like when I got it. I bought it used from my LFS for $100.00. It sells at Marine Depot for $309.00, so I jumped at the deal.

The flow is crazy. I still need to measure to know what my overall length is from my basement to my tank is for sure.

Thanks.. It's a Nova Extreme SLR T-5 216W Fixture that I purchased it used from one of the 3reef members. It works great, but not to crazy about the Current bulbs that are in it right now. Matter of fact I should have my new bulbs that I ordered next week. :)

Well, I have about 130gal of water between my tank, sump/refuge, & piping. It really comes down is what you want out of your tank. Depends if you want fish only, reef only, or mixed. You must make up your mind on what you want first. Then what combination will work.
