Thank you... lol... That's the small wine rack. The bigger one that I moved was in this space.. I'll most likely move this one too..

LOL.. Good call.. I have watched about a week worth of Youtube. My poor eyes.. Though I did my own little mods. On the CD cases I used the masking tape to create a handles, so I could easly remove the CDs in between the dividers. :)

Thanks... The CD case idea, so simple but very affective...

Did a quick water test on the sump. I guess I did a good job no leaks on the dividers. :cheesy: Just have to do some finishing touchs on the sump/ref tank. Want the silicon to cure a little bit longer, I have some spots that I laid it down a little thicker..

Problem found with design. The 1/4" acrylic is too thin for the ref side. With the dimensions of 17 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" height it started to bow to where I don't trust it. Going to call the glass company & have them cut me another piece perhaps 5/8" to an inch thick. Just so I don't have to do it again. It's a royal pain to cut out the old acrylic & clean the silicon!

Well, spoke All Glass today, the maker of both my tanks. The tech support rep advised me NOT to use any arcylic panels to hold water back & recommend me to use 1/4" glass panel for that section. As for the other side & since I have already glued them! The acrylic should be fine since water is just passing thru with little resistance. Reason being plexy & lexan surfaces are too smooth & the silicion will not adhere to them correctly. Glass is porous, but not enough to let water leak. My glass company spoke to the silicon mfg too, with the same results.. Well, I got a learning experiance!! I'm having a 1/4" glass panel getting cut today, so I can get this done. This little mishap has put my project behind over a week!

Well not to all, acrylic won't stick to glass using silicone. Here the proof.. What a pain to remove silicone.
