    I think you want the tips out and the base above the sand. I have seen eggcrate used as a holder for mangroves.

    The birdsnest has great coloration. Is that the one you got via liveaquaria?

    I bet you are very happy with the sps! The green millepora looks very healthy.

    Oh man when the green millepora sprouted out all of those new branches I was totally pumped! Now if I could just get anything else in my tank to take off that fast. ha ha

    Oh and the birdnest in the frag rack there is the one from LA, it is coloring up...kinda...ha ha still hoping it can come back! Got that beautiful frag from a friend.

    Just thought I'd post a few new pics of growth! The acan has sprouted about four or fives new little heads all around it! They grow sooo fast once they appear!
