    Nice actinic pics.

    The algae is Bryopsis. Pluck it off with tweezers immediately. The most effective treatment is raising your Mg to 1600ppm to 2000ppm using Kent Tech-M. You need to raise your Mg no more than 100ppm per day to get to the needed level. You will most likely need to keep the elevated level for 2 to 4 weeks. Remove any as you find and as it dies. You will want to skim wet during this time , feed lightly, increase changes of GFO and carbon to weekly.

    Dear lord...just read up on what Bryopsis algae is....I want to shoot myself now...dang...

    He had an issue with his yellow eye kole trying to eat it about a month ago. In general, no.

    Yeap and he only attacked the huge deresa clam. Didn't touch the tiny maxima but moved them both just in case.

    Psssshh must be because yours is growing LIKE CRAZY! At least my millepora took off...;D
