    Just a thought..... Did you settle those rocks down on the glass, or are they sitting on sand?

    Your gonna want to make sure they are at least in the sand a bit, because if you have any creatures that like to dig or burrow it may cause a collapse

    Day 4:

    The water is almost completely clear! My heat is finally stabilizing.

    I have a question though, should I remove the Emperor 280 and just run a Koralia 1?

    i would run the power filter for filter floss and carbon
    and a koralia or two for flow

    Looking good so far. I bet you can't wait till its cycled so you can have your zoas back that I am keeping. :D

    I wouldnt remove the HOB. Thats the factor responsible for such clear water... If you remove that, none of the particles that make the water foggy can be removed; mechanical filtration is the only way to do that - an HOB (without a sump or anything)
