    Ok have spoken to 3 other people that are experts in reefing and all have said the same. No issues what so ever on exposing a clam to air nor needing to burp a clam. Though they did laugh when I asked them.

    As promised here are some pics of the monster in my 90gal.

    And yes before the tang police goes nuts I have 4 tangs in my 90gal. Two in which were added today.

    Lol!!! Thanks. I never thought this would be an issue. I have an overload right now with LR and LS. Also with frags coming out of my ears. I had a Dr that no longer had time for his tank, so have all the livestock from his 90gal.

    Thanks for all the kind words. Yes it was a huge score. I just dumped 2 5gal buckets of live sand into my 32gal brute container added the rest of the live rock and topped it off with saltwater. Now bringing it up to temp.
