Clarkii clown ate my shrimp.

    So my clarkii clown, who i would consider M-L in size was hangin out by his anemone and my peppermint shrimp just happen to come down from the rock above and my clarkii swallowed him whole. Just his antennas sticking out....first time i've seen him doing anything like this other than chase my other clarkii. Is this normal?? He's been in the tank over a year now with no problems

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I had a beautiful Fire Shrimp that my black and white clown tore limb from limb. Shrimp wandered into the wrong territory.

    Yep, perfectly normal. Fish love live food; if something live fits in their mouth, it's food.
