clarkii + LTA = cute & silly

picked up a LTA today and not even a minute after we put it on the bottom of the tank the Clarkii was all up in the anemone's business! guess the lady wasn't lying when she says that clown will host any anemone right away! (we got him w/ the 55 tank from the pet store that closed - awesome place, super friendly and know what she was doing there)

the LTA hasn't even had a chance to get itself situated! we're going to add some more sand/substrate to the tank floor tomorrow, totally spaced on getting another bag to add more for it.

 

Awsome! I had one also but with a Sebae. Unfortunately he killed it by feeding it pieces of algae sheets that i had hanging for my tangs. The thought was there I guess....

 

the anemone moved itself last night and appears to have crammed it's foot under some of the live rock kind of in the sand, but with the tentacles all facing out into the front of the tank in the open area. it's right at the entrance of one of the caves the clarkii always goes in. hoping that's the spot it chose and if so that was pretty darn easy and convenient! the clown slept in it all night long and the anemone looked pretty good this morning before lights were on
