i ordered the 90 gallon quick crew from reef cleaners . org, showed up yesterday around noon, and i quickly acclimated them for 15 minutes via bag float like they said exactly to do, discarded the shippin water and paper towels, and added them to the tank.

immediatly about a dozen or so stated moving around, climbin all over everything.

however, the other ~170 are still where i put them, no movement what so ever and im super PO'd. they havent burroed in the sand, havent turned over, havent moved at all, i even checked midnight when the lights where out, and before work this moring at 4 40, still no change.

their website says something bout 3 days for adjustments, so ill keep yall posted on how it goes.

have you contacted reef cleaners. I have personally ordered from them and have never had a problem, however things can happen. What did John say?

In the winter I ordered them, and It took the ceriths the longest to get moving. It actually did take about 3 days. He's a great guy, If there is something wrong, I'm sure he will fix it.

I've had CUC sent to South Dakota in the middle of winter and all but a few made it.
Those that didn't were replaced about 10 fold and a few types of snails I never ordered were thrown in the box for good measure.

Give them a couple days and see what's up then before you get bent. If there is still a problem simply contact John. He will take care of it and treat you right so don't go off all half cocked.

He says directly on his site, at least the old one, that several species of snail take 2-3 days of complete in activity to adjust enough to start moving around. Sounds like you'll be okay, but like the advice above, I am sure he'll get you taken care of if things did go south.
