I got this recommended to me from reefcleaners.org:
    70 Dwarf Ceriths
    31 Nassarius
    18 Florida Ceriths
    11 Blue Legs
    12 Large Nerite
1)Is this a good cuc for my [planned] tank (check sig)
2)When and how should I add it if I am just now starting cycling
3)Do I need to feed them
4)I heard somewhere that you should put in a bunch of empty shells for the hermits to change into. Is this true? Any help appreciated

What they recommend is always the best.

Add it after your cycle is over.

No the reason they work as a CUC is that they are scavengers. They will find food on there own.

It's not completely necessary but it will help keep crabs from killing snails to steal their shell's.

If you wanted to, you could start with 1/3 the recommended CUC and the keep adding the other 2/3 as you increase your bioload. My tank is already established and I am getting 2x the size of your CUC and I will add mine all at one time.

    +1 on Mike's advice.

it would probably be cheaper for shipping to get it all at one time-- just making sure, this would be okay if I put it all in maybe 2 weeks after the cycle?

Most definitely cheaper for shipping. Did you tell John how long the tank was set up? If so, and this is still the CUC that he reccommended, then I wouldnt worry about adding all at once.
