My 90 gallon reef is over two years old now, and I've always had algae problems. Part of it was because I only switched to RO/DI less than a year ago, and the other part I believe now is that I never really built up a good clean up crew. Are there any good reliable websites that I could find a good bulky package of snails and other critters to help keep the tank clean?

p.s. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

    Thank you

Reefcleaners.org. They are a 3reef sponsor and are awesome. Great prices and excellent customer service. They even have an option to fill out a form for a custom cleanup crew and John will build you the list and email it to you.

Go there, fill out the form. Tell him what you do have now as far as the CuC, tank setup, and any algae problems. Then order what he suggests at his awesome prices. Use 3reef for even more savings.

Then post requisite follow up thread about how awesome John is :laughings

(I'm just kidding, I just see a lot of thanks reefcleaners threads ;))

How much would you expect a custom clean up crew for a 90 to cost?

This is what he recommended for my 90, you will need to check current prices on the site.

100 Dwarf Ceriths - small effective cleaners
21 Nassarius - for the fish when they arrived - (scavenger)
    48 Florida Ceriths
    3 CHitons
    15 Limpets
    19 Large Nerite
    2 five pack of mangroves
1 chaeto or ulva or gracilaira
then some varied macros to go with your plan. Up to you, If there are a few that catch your eye, email me and I can maybe give you some pointers. (Like pencil caps wont spread well with the eggcrate substrate described in the display)
