I have a 30 gallon cube which contains:
    1 mexican turbo
    2 astrea
    4 hermits
    1 emerald
    1 pom pom
    1 blood shrimp
    1 gold stripe maroon clown

I am wondering if i can add a cleaner shrimp. I know the shrimp is reef-safe; but am curious as to whether or not the blood shrimp and cleaner shrimp will get along together.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Personally I think the tank is too small, not enough hiding spaces. You have a nice collection of inverts already, if it were my tank I would not rock the boat.

I do believe they are compatible they are with peppermints and sexy shrimp so they should be compatible with each other. I have a Scarlett cleaner and want a blood shrimp but my lfs wants 32 bucks. I know that they are expensive but man.

A Blood Shrimp is a cleaner shrimp but I definitely agree with Corraline and would not add to your bioload.I have in the past kept both species of cleaners together but in a much larger tank.

that is very expensive, Around here its usually 25 regularly but there's always a sale you can grab em for 15 bucks. Almost all shrimp i have found are peaceful with each other except for the coral banded shrimp. I have blood shrimps, peppermint shrimp, harlequin shrimp, pederson shrimp and another type of anemone shrimp as well. Got rid of the skunks as i don't like how they look.

I actually much prefer Blood over Scarlett Skunks; at least in a tank with LPS that I feed! The Skunks have an insatiable appetite and I literally need to stand guard over my LPS while feeding them. Whereas I can feed LPS all I want in my tank with the Blood. He has yet to steal any food from a coral.
