It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You really do not have to have a cleaner shrimp or cleaner fish, it is not essential at all.

Yes they may provided some relief to a fish suffering from marine ich, but they do not provide a cure. In a closed system you are rarely going to have many large parasites that you really need to worry about. If you have ich or brookynella a cleaner shrimp or fish is not going to make a huge difference, and will not treat the disease.

And I would not go the cleaner wrasse route.

Yes I agree, you do not need a cleaner fish or shrimp. I just have a neon goby because it's fun to watch him clean the fish and the fish seem to love it. But it isn't essential. I think a lot of people don't have them.

I have had a cleaner wrasse in my 90g about a year and he eats just about anything I throw in there. He eats mysis and even dry spectra pellets. I was originally not going to get one for fear it would starve but friend said he got one from the lfs and said it was eating prepared foods the same day he brought it home so I gave it a whirl. I still see him cleaning and stuff the other fish seem to care for it though.

Are you buying it from an lfs? If you are you could always ask them to fed the tank and see if it goes after the food. That way you will know for sure before you buy it.

What size tank and what is in there now?

I would not have got the cleaner wrasse, very poor survival in averaged sized aquariums.
