    Its not uncommon for them to die during the molt .. I hate to say this but iodine may have been to low ? But I'd not go putting iodine in there it may have just been his time to die :) It happens , Iodine addition leads to many or issues i.e algae blooms If you are doing any water changes then I'd guess it was his time ? We have lots of skunks and peppermints and loaded with corals I never change water and will not use iodine and ours do well. All my supplements come from what ever is in the ca. reactor media.
