I have had a cleaner wrasse that i took in because a friend had purchased him and no longer wanted it because she didnt think shed be able to care for it. I have had it about 2 weeks. I noticed it getting significantly skinnier. I hadnt seen him in 3 days and no hes come out and laying in the sand. He is still alive but i fear he has been starving ever since hes been plucked from the ocean. Somebody please help me figure out what to do. I dont want to see him go. I have tried rods reef food and New Life thera A+ food. Help me save him

I am afraid it is too late. In nature they live off of parasites from fish and they rarely learn to eat any food we place in the tank.

Cleaner wrasses are best left in the ocean, I'm afraid.

Take a look at the link in my signature; there's likely little you can do.
