So I bought this guy cuz he was just 6.99 and he looked so lonely in the LFS's tank, every time I put my hand into the tank - he wants to clean it...most of my fish always hide when i stick my hand in, but not this guy ;D I felt in love with him::)

cleaner wrasse are almost impossible to care for since they only clean other fish! it will most likely won't even live to long in your tank unless you are an expert at this hobby!

    uh oh :-/
but he spend most of his time by the tank walls, cuz i have bunch of pods there, is there any particular bugs he need? what you mean by "live long"?

I don't think i can get enought fish for him to clean, I have 28g only :(

Unfortunately, Cleaner wrasses are best left in the ocean.

    http://www.wetwebmedia.com/labroide.htm

There is only a handful of reports of them being sustained long term in captivity.

    Good luck.

Also, a 28gal isn't well suited for any wrasse, I'm afraid.

I've tried my hand at them (literally) and they are best left in the ocean.
Their main diet is more or less parasites. I'm not sure if they feed on pods but I highly doubt it.
I've kept mine alive for about 2 months or so.
It did clean up all my fish when I had an ich breakout but after that, it slowly withered away.
Keeping a hippo tang with a cleaner wrasse is an option to help its survival since the hippos are somewhat prone to ich.
But since you have a 28gal, I don't suggest you put any tangs in there.
