cleaning Live rock

my scooter eats frozen brine, and thier seems to be alot of pods on the glass that he munches during the days. does the pepp. shrimp eat pods too?
he eats brine shrimp with spirulina, its put in a glass jar and lowered into the corner of the tank every other day. im trying to raise brine shrimp live to see if he likes those too. but i cant think of a good way to get them to stay in a spot so he can get them.

how do you deliver it. it says no injections on the add

 

generally peps only scavinge but they wont go hungry
your scooter will quickly deplete the pod population.
