Hello, i have question that maybe you guys could help me with. i have a biocube29 and its been running for about a year. everything thing seems to be fine but have noticed the bottom of the tank above the sand needs to be cleaned and my live rock has a little algae that needs to be cleaned along with my pump. my question is would it be wise to do a complete cleaning all in one shot or do it day by day? would also like re aquascape my tank. thanks for any help.

for algae, research the peroxide method and do it rock by rock. It's usually a good idea to clean a pump when you do a water change. Re-aquascaping again may be best when doing a water change so a good cleaning all in one shot but algae in stages is my advice. Aquascaping is also an on-going process for a lot of us....keep tweaking the basic foundation :)
