cleaning new pvc

    I was just woundering how everybody cleans the inside of their pvc plumbing befor setting it up on your tank. its not noticeably dirty but theres no telling what could be in it from sitting in home depot

    If I do anything at all it's only run tap water through it. And most of the pipe I use has been in my garage for a long time. Alot more dirt in there than HD.

    You can run a little vinegar through it to remove any trace contaminants from the manufacturing process.
