cleaning new tank

    i bought my tank from my lfs and it was very dusty, can i use tap water to clean it or should i use ro/di water?

    tap should be fine.

    i run both my tanks with conditioned tap water.

    I dont see any reason why tap water would hurt anything to clean it.
