    +1 on the statements about RODI water above. The tap water in my house isn't especially hard, but if I clean the glass with just tap water alone, it will always be streaky. I found that using plain RODI water is a lot better than tap.

    To avoid spraying, I use these wipes. After I wipe the tank, I use the same wipe and make rounds on the mirrors and stainless steel appliances (fingerprints) before throwing it out.

    K, I'm going to ask something really really sad. Do newspapers still make your hands black, or has that a problem long been resolved? It's been awhile since I've picked up a paper.... a long while.
