I just use antibacterial dish soap, rinse my hands towel dry, and then rinse and dry again.

I normally use warm water in the sink, no soap, scrub them with just that water, then use a Paper towel to dry.

I don't but probably should. Just rinse very well after using soap. I would only use plain soap like Ivory.

yeah i was thinking that it might be worse to wash your hands with soap and then reach in. I mean unless you have been like digging holes all day or something?

I worry about this with a small tank. Seems like antibacterial soap is not something you want in your reef tank. I try to rinse for thirty seconds with the warmest water I can handle before reaching in the tank. Soap after.

I rinse only if I'm not about to use gloves.
