    Is it ok to turn up the flow on my return and my powerhead when I'm cleaning the tank (algae on the glass and whatnot)? Thanks.

    It's fine as long as it's not damaging any nearby coral or knocking fish old cold by sending them flying to the side of the glass, etc. (Which you would need some pretty intense current to do so).
