Clear flat thing with center head

    I got a new frag of star polyp from someone and before I put it in the tank, but while it was acclimating, I noticed a small flat thing moving along the coral. It was about 1/4" long or smaller, completely see through, but it had a dot in the middle that could have been a head or something else. Of course I don't have a picture as I'm sure it would help.

    I just want to make sure it isn't harmful.
