I was looking at my 90 gallon reef tank and noticed it was not flowing properly. The water was above the corner overflow and close to almost spilling over. I shut it down and took it all apart and found two of my turbo snails stuck in the overflow pipe at the bulk head fitting. This was just in time since I was getting ready to leave on a week vacation. That's all I would have needed was the tank to overflow while I was away.

Wow lucky you saw it. You might need to snail proof your overflow. Dang snails always getting where their not wanted.

AHHHHH...eggcrate over the overflow box can prevent that about 98% from happening...i don't say 100% because i swear some snails are 1/2 snail 1/2 ninja warrior
