Will do. I ordered the 75g drilled today (corner overflow, bottom drilled, 1" drain (should I replace bulkhead with 1.5"?), 1" sump return with flow accelerator). I'm going to do a 4 way closed loop with the intake in the top middle, each close loop return will have an adjustable diffuser in each rear corner. Just working out the pump situation, would like to have them alternate with a SCWD - I've heard all good things about the 1" SCWD's - anyone else have them lock up?

Good idea - think I'll go with the 3600 Dart.

For my skimmer I will be purchasing the AquaC EV-120. Do you think I could run that through the Dart as well?

that funny because that sounds excatly like the 75 gal that i am setting up. left corner internal overflow box with one outtake. and a baffel in the main tank. mine is alittle off to the right.
    this was my plumming plan:
the current overflow outtake would go to the sump. then the sump return would go up the back into SCWD then into the DT with the out takes being on the back point forwardish. [i am choosing to not return up the baffel in fear draining the tank. cant always trust check values]
then i was going to drill spot for another baffel on the bottom of the overflow and have a closed loop return through the baffel in the right center of the tank. which would be flowing all the time.

i am not sure if you can run you skimmer with that pump

I figured I probably couldn't run that skimmer with that pump, probably will end up doing a Mag 5 or Mag 7. I'm not to worried about the tank draining, as it would only siphon back as low as the diffuser sits in the water, and I will be using my current 30 gallon as my sump with a 20 long as a refugium. I will have plenty of room for back-flow.

Either that or the BARRACUDA will do. Just remember to calculate head on the pump. The longer you make the runs of PVC the more gph you will loose.
