closed loop with SCWD...baffled by bubbles

    I just finished plumbing my closed loop system this afternoon which is powered by a Gen-X pump. My problem is....air bubbles. I thought at first that there was probably air trapped and it would work itself out, but after running for some time, still air bubbles. Other than that, it works awesome......any ideas....??

    Knowing the SCWD, I'd take a hard look it's connections. Your hose clamps could be too loose or even too tight from what I have heard from others.

    Thanks Matt.....I've tried tightening everything and loosening connections to SCWD, too. Still pulling air from somewhere. I think I'm going to start all over again and re-do the whole thing. Will take pics or post diagram.....
