Still waiting on our SD card reader... grrrrrrr...

Till then, we are forced to find pic's of stuff that looks like what we are dealing with.

Wife says she saw this sucker when she woke up over night and hit the tank with the flash-light...

    Any idea?

also, we got ALOT of feather-duster type "sticks" popping up all over one of her rocks. Mostly just seeing something come out that looks like fishing line collecting stuff then quickly going back into the stick..

But anywho - what' type of worm is this and should she start her late night worm-fishing events like she did a few weeks back?

Bristle worm. Some people say get rid of them some like them. I liked them until I got overloaded with them! They clean up extra food and debris around the tank!

If you "do" remove them, don't grab them bare handed. The brisstles will release in your fingers!

    Hrmm...
They don't look like the ones we have been removing.. The ones we have been removing have a LOT of red on them and they are "hairy" all over. This one only has them on the sides and the top of it is smooth.

and yea, we know about the sting. Tweeeeezers are your friend. And just shortly, my wife removed about 8 of the red ones that were over 4 inches long. While we still see many more - those guys can stay......

so ur sure that's a bristle too eh?
