It's definitely cloudy eye. I'd add vitamin supplement and garlic to the diet as my first plan of action. If you can, put the fish in a qt so that the fungus doesn't progress in the DT.

You might pick up some food for angels as well if you don't have it already, it contains some stuff that other foods don't have in them.

I would treat the tank or QT with sulfathiozole every 3 days and it should clear up quick. Or you could try kanamycin also...

    Good luck

Curious on the garlic...does it have other benefits besides making food more palatable?

ohh, ok...I think I'll do what Packleader said in another thread: buy minced garlic from the grocery store & use only the juice from that, its the same stuff & a lot cheaper than what you get at the LFS...I'll just follow the directions on the package. Thanks!

Garlic has fantastic anti bacterial, anti fungal and anti parasitic properties, it rivals even tetracycline.

Unfortunately most of these "tests" which are on people that don't typically get covered in parasites or fungus'. It works well to help the fish combat things naturally but isn't a cure all. Fish are different than people.

Look into your water quality as well.

Garlic bread sounds good right now....
