    They have not arrived yet, The tracking number said they would be here on the 5th of April. Soon as I get the kits I will post the parem. Thanks

    With softies you should not need to dose. Just perform 10% weekly water changes with quality salt and you should be fine. Did any of your LR come with GHA on it?

    You should let the tank mature. Without test kits there should be nothing put into the tank. Its really not fair to the livestock or corals to guess if the water they go in is ok. The corals will benifit way more if the water is in good condition. you should not have to dose at all with a new tank. I hardly have to dose with my 220 that is years old full of corals and fish.

    I got most of my test kits today and this is what I have. KH is still about 15, Nitrate is between "0" and "5.0" on the chart, but nearer to "0" than the
    "5.0", phos is ".05" and cal is about 380. Are these params enough to cause the GHA. Thanks.

    Kellie11, There was not any GHA on the LR nor zoos when I got them. At this time it is only on the small rocks and plugs that the zoos came on. Can't see some of the zoos for it.

    The params above is the only kits I have now.
    KH=15
    phos=0.5
    cal=380
    nitrate=between 0-5.0 nearer to 0
    API test kit
