Cloudy Water

    I added the sand to my new tank last night. I rinsed the sand over and over, and my water is still cloudy. It seems it has gone down some since last night, but how long does it normally take to clear? Thanks 8)

    Give it a couple of days... it should clear up... do you have any type of filter or skimmer on right now cause they will help.

    Are you using Southdown sand?
    This is common with that sand.
