i just started a 10G nano about 3 weeks ago, and i used live sand and live rock to seed the tank, rock and sand were previously taken out of another established aquarium.. the cycle finished and i added 2 baby clownfish today and the water immediately turned cloudy..? sort of odd? i tested the water, the parameters are
    ammonia 0
    ph 8.2
    nitrite 0
    nitrate 0
    any idea?

Sounds like it could be a simple bacteria bloom created by the additional bioload created by the 2 clown fish

free swimming bacteria PSB I believe is the term used (Photo synthetic bacteria) and they live in the water column and will eventually die off when the bacteria in your filter, rock , sand etc, process the additional load

Its unsightly but harmless and normally clears up in a couple of days IME

I think the most dangerous part of a bacteria bloom (if that's what it is) is that they can consume a lot of oxygen. Keep an eye on your fish for signs of heavy breathing or lingering near the surface of the water. If you see something like that you might want to drop an air stone in temporarily or make sure that you're getting enough surface agitation for gas exchange.
