Cloudy water??

    Hi i did a water change last night, i mixed my ro/di water with "TETRA MARINE SEA SALT"

    I mixed it for 24hrs with a small powerhead, and added some proper ph 8.2 as the ph was a little low.

    when i added the water to the main tank this morning, it went really cloudy??

    This has never happened in nearly a year and a half of doing this??

    Could the salt be off?

    I bought the bucket a few months back, and have used the proper ph before too.

    Any ideas??:confused:

    i doubt the salt is off, it will more then likely just return to normal in a few hours. If all your parameters check out i wouldnt put too much thought into it. Could just be a bacterial bloom.

    After about 6 hrs it totally cleared!


    Not sure why it happened?
